Discovery
A specific agenda designed to learn about your business, finances, and challenges to determine if we're a good fit as your bookkeeper.
Book time with Layne for general meetings—QuickBooks questions, cleanup check-ins, workflow conversations, “does this look right?” moments, and everything in between. This calendar is intentionally flexible, so you don’t need a preset agenda to schedule.

To schedule time with her, choose your date, duration, and start time and fill out the small form.

15 minutes: one quick question or a single decision.
30 minutes: a handful of related questions or a short review.
60 minutes: deeper troubleshooting, cleanup strategy, or multiple topics.
Nope. This calendar is designed for flexible meetings where the topic may vary. If you want to give Layne a head start, add a one-sentence note in the scheduling form (e.g., “bank feed duplicates” or “P&L looks off”), but it’s optional.
If we run out of time, you can book another slot (or a longer duration) for a follow-up. For anything time-sensitive, add a short note in the booking form so we can prioritize the most important item first.
No problem. For our local clients, we're happy to meet with you in your office. Schedule your meeting above, mention in the "Got anything important to add?" field that you'd like to meet in-person and include the address.
